I absolutely love working out at this gym! The facility is outstanding, with excellent equipment, a clean and welcoming environment, and everything you need to have a great workout. Kate and JD do an amazing job creating a positive, motivating atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and supported. Their dedication, and genuine care for the members really stand out. The facilities are well-maintained, the equipment is top-notch, and the overall experience is exceptional. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train, stay motivated, and reach their fitness goals!

I had a great experience signing up at Fitness Connection. I walked in and Blaine greeted me. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to show me around the gym. He answered every question I had and explained several membership options and supplements that fit my needs without making me feel pressured. I really like the amenities the gym offers, and Blaine made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. He's the reason why I signed up. I'm looking forward to working out at Fitness Connection!

I’m posting this as a public service announcement and out of genuine concern for safety. Over multiple visits, I’ve noticed an individual lingering in the bathroom and gym areas in a way that made me uncomfortable. I cannot speak to intent, but the behavior raised enough concern that I no longer feel safe using this facility. A gym should be a place where members feel secure and respected at all times. Unfortunately, this experience has changed that for me. I believe it’s important for management to be aware of situations like this so they can take appropriate steps to ensure a safe environment for everyone. I’m sharing this to bring awareness to a potential issue and to encourage increased monitoring and attention to member safety.

Fitness Connection, Fayetteville, NC During Thanksgiving week, I spent time in Fayetteville, NC, and quickly discovered one major challenge there is no LA Fitness in the area. Determined not to break my training routine, I explored a few gyms and decided to try out Fitness Connection. That decision turned out to be an eye-opener. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted at the front desk. Shortly afterward, I was given a tour of the facility by Anika (name spelled phonetically). She was professional, friendly, and extremely informative. After the tour, she granted me a one-day pass, which I appreciated. At the conclusion of my workout, I met Trevor, who assisted me further with membership details. Let me say this plainly, Fitness Connection is like LA Fitness and Planet Fitness merged together...on steroids. The facility is HUGE! The amount of space, equipment, and workout options here ensures that even during peak times, you won't be fighting for machines or weights.
